Update Your Email Account (in Outlook Express 6)

Open Microsoft Outlook, then go to the "Tools" menu and choose "Accounts"

Once the dialog box is open, choose the "Mail" tab, click on your account, and click the "Properties" button

Once this dialog box is open, click on the "Servers" tab, and check the box that says "My server requires authentication"

Once this is checked, click "Apply" then "OK" and close all dialog boxes.
